Watertown, MA - TX200 adds new specifications to product line.

United Electric Controls has completed the final phase-in converting the TX200 completely over to ASIC technology. The ASIC technology provides sensor signal conditioning and temperature compensation of the piezo-resistive and bonded foil strain gauge sensor outputs for optimum product performance.

New output: In addition, a 0-10 VDC transducer output will be available to complement the 4-20mA transmitter and 1-5 VDC transducer outputs currently in use. Additional outputs may be available, please consult UE.

New pressure ranges: Three new high pressure ranges covered in the UL/DEMKO agency reports covering Class I, Division 1, & Zone 1 are available. The ranges are as follows:

  • 21 = 0 to 30,000 psi
  • 22 = 0 to 35,000 psi
  • 23 = 0 to 40,000 psi
New option: For end-users requiring TX200 Series models with a metric threaded electrical conduit, we now offer option code M441. The new option substitutes a M20 metric thread connection for the ½” NPT (male) connection supplied standard.

The success of the TX200 product line has allowed us to continue to build upon it, enhancing performance and adding additional specifications. We hope to continue reviewing end-user requirements and adding capability when necessary so keep checking back with us.
