A New Electronic Differential Pressure Switch Features Stainless Steel Sensor, 3-in-1 Functionality and Immediate Delivery.
Watertown, MA - United Electric Controls announces the introduction of a stainless steel differential pressure switch that will replace three instruments - a differential pressure gauge, a limit switch and a transmitter using a single set of process connections. The new One Series Differential Pressure switch continuously monitors the status of its own health, and reports it both locally and remotely. Competing directly with mechanical switch gauges and their long lead-times, all One Series models are available for immediate delivery.
Like the successfully field-tested One Series Pressure, Differential Pressure/Dry and Temperature switches from United Electric Controls, the new One Series Stainless Steel DP switch features the unique "I Am Working" (IAW®) and "I Have Switched" signals, offering the user total confidence that the product is working. An optional 4-20mA analog signal provides remote process trending capabilities.
Ideal for differential pressure measurement of most pressure media, including harsh and corrosive media, flow proofing and filter blockage, the One Series Stainless Steel Differential Pressure electronic switch features a rugged 316 welded stainless steel design and solid state switched output. Easy to set up and program in the field, the new instrument provides adjustable set point and deadband and is priced competitively with mechanical switch gauges.
