How do I select a deadband on my pressure switch?
This could be done via an adjustable deadband switch option. This optional switch allows the user to dial in a deadband within a given range. The option part numbers are 1519 and 1520 and can be used on many of our switches.

Does UE offer more than one switch in a single enclosure?
Yes, UE offers dual and even triple switches (400 series). Dual switches are offered in general purpose or explosion proof units.

What is the difference between proof pressure and over range pressure?
Over range pressure is the working pressure of the unit. That is the pressure unit can see on a daily basis without damage to the unit or compromise in repeatability. Proof pressure is the maximum pressure the unit can see on an occasional basis. Although there would be no physical damage to the unit , there may be a need to recalibrate the unit.

Can I wire my switch NO or NC and do I need to specify this when ordering?
All of our switches can be wired either NO or NC. You do not need to specify this when ordering.
